Born in 2018 from the sweet nostalgia of homemade American-style cookies, Cookie Department spearheaded Hong Kong’s cookie craze with decadent, indulgent cookies. from the humble beginnings of taking orders through Instagram dm’s for home-baked cookies by founder Wil Fang himself, to a full team of pastry chefs and several pop-up shops throughout Hong Kong island and Kowloon, the quick-to-rise popularity of the luxurious cookies have finally manifested in an official brick-and-mortar store in the heart of the bustling city.

With a growing list of collaborations with restaurants and brands such as Argo, Pici, and Upper House in the bag, one can always expect Cookie Department to have something special to look forward to. While our cookies are frequently considered one of the best in the city, we’ve upped the baked confectionery game from layered cakes, cheesecakes, fudge brownies to the well sought-out cinnamon rolls and donuts to our arsenal, not to mention the newest addition of coffee and an American diner-style breakfast menu, exclusively available at Cookie Department Cafe in Central.
